- I’m not aware of the details of the cancard
- While populist, decriminalising cannabis is not necessarily a progressive solution . The link between cannabis use and mental health problems is established. Decriminalisation will not improve that. I don't know what Cancard is!
- We also need to look at certain drugs that are criminalised and their uses, effectiveness to help with the furthering of humans and their mind especially those with mental health issues.
