Comments
- The Socialist Party does not believe that contentious issues such as flags or parades can be resolved through state repression, capitalist state bodies or deals between sectarian parties. Only working-class communities coming together around their common interests and for socialist change can challenge sectarian division and lay the basis for genuinely democratic and lasting solutions.
- Northern Ireland has a History that is very divisive. we need the commissions or groups to discuss when there is a need so that communities can come together again after and move ahead. Also these commissions should be creating and championing integration and not cultivating more hate and fear.
